Butterfinger Caramel Crunch Bars

Ingredients:
For the crust:
2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup powdered sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the caramel layer:
1 ½ cups caramel candies, unwrapped
3 tbsp heavy cream
For the topping:
1 cup white chocolate chips
½ cup Butterfinger candy, crushed
