2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter or additional olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
3 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese optional
Chopped fresh parsley or chives optional
