Aurora Glow Christmas Cocoa

1. **Prepare the Base Cocoa:**
– In a medium saucepan, heat the milk and heavy cream over medium heat until steaming (do not boil).
– Add the white chocolate chips and stir until completely melted and smooth.
– Stir in the vanilla extract.

2. **Divide and Add Colors:**
– Separate the cocoa into three bowls.
– Add a few drops of pink food coloring to one bowl, purple to the second, and blue to the third. Stir each until evenly colored.

3. **Layer the Colors:**
– Carefully pour the pink cocoa into a transparent mug or glass as the base layer.
– Gently pour the purple cocoa over the back of a spoon to create the second layer.
– Repeat with the blue cocoa for the final layer. The layers should create a dreamy ombre effect.

4. **Add the Finishing Touches:**
– Top with whipped cream.
– Sprinkle edible glitter over the whipped cream for a shimmering aurora glow.
