Baked French Dip Biscuits

1. Prepare the Biscuits

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Separate the biscuits and flatten each one slightly with your hands.

2. Assemble

Place a slice of provolone cheese on the bottom half of each biscuit.

Add a generous layer of sliced roast beef.

Top with another slice of cheese (optional for extra cheesy pull).

Place the second half of the biscuit on top and pinch edges lightly to hold.

3. Bake

Arrange the stuffed biscuits on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

4. Serve

Prepare the au jus dipping sauce according to the package instructions.

Sprinkle parsley over the warm biscuits for garnish.

Serve hot with au jus on the side for dipping.
