1️⃣ Cook Noodles:
Prepare lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain & set aside.
2️⃣ Cook Beef:
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add beef slices and cook 5–7 mins until browned and cooked through. Remove & set aside.
3️⃣ Stir-Fry Veggies:
In the same skillet, add broccoli & onion. Stir-fry 3–4 mins until slightly tender. Add garlic & cook 1 min more.
4️⃣ Prepare Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and ginger (if using).
5️⃣ Combine Everything:
Return beef to the skillet. Pour in sauce and stir to coat evenly. Cook 2–3 mins.
Add cooked noodles, tossing everything together until well combined.
6️⃣ Serve:
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot. 🍜🌿
