🍳πŸ”₯ Beef Pepper Steak Stir

1. Prepare beef – Slice beef thinly. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and garlic. Add beef, marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Cook beef – Heat oil in a pan on medium-high, stir-fry beef for 5–6 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook veggies – In the same pan, add onion and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
4. Combine & thicken – Return beef to pan. Add water or broth, bring to simmer. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook for 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
5. Serve hot – Best with steamed rice.
