Ingredients:
Cream Cheese Filling:
– 8 oz (226 g) cream cheese, softened
– ΒΌ cup granulated sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cookie Dough:
– 2 ΒΌ cups all-purpose flour
– Β½ tsp baking soda
– Β½ tsp baking powder
– Β½ tsp fine salt
– ΒΎ cup unsalted butter, softened
– ΒΎ cup granulated sugar
– Β½ cup packed light brown sugar
– 1 large egg, room temperature
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
– (Optional) 2–3 tbsp sugar for rolling
Caramel Topping:
– Β½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade, cooled)
