🍒 Cherry Cheesecake Puppy Chow

1. Prep coating: In a large Ziploc bag, mix together powdered sugar, pudding mix, and cake mix. Set aside.

2. Melt chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.

3. Coat cereal: Pour melted chocolate over the Chex cereal and gently stir to coat evenly.

4. Shake: Transfer the coated cereal into the prepared bag with the dry mix. Seal and shake until well coated.

5. Add mix-ins: Spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment to cool. Sprinkle with freeze-dried cherries or cherry candies while still slightly tacky.

6. Optional drizzle: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and drizzle lightly over the cooled puppy chow for a cheesecake tang (store chilled if you do this).

7. Let set completely before storing in an airtight container.
