Chocolate Cream Puff Pastry Slice

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place puff pastry sheet on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed. Let cool completely.

2. In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold in softened cream cheese for stability.

3. Slice the baked puff pastry into three equal layers.

4. Place the bottom layer on a serving plate. Spread a thick layer of cream filling. Add a drizzle of chocolate spread.

5. Place the middle puff pastry layer on top, repeat with cream and chocolate.

6. Place the final puff pastry layer on top. Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with melted chocolate.

7. Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best texture.
