Drunken Peppermint Bark Bites

Melt: In a heatproof bowl over simmering water (double boiler), melt the white chocolate until smooth.
Add: Stir in peppermint schnapps until fully incorporated.
Mix: Fold in crushed candy canes.
Pour: Spread the mixture evenly onto a lined baking sheet.
Garnish: Sprinkle with extra crushed candy canes or edible glitter.
Set: Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until firm, then cut or break into bite-sized pieces
