Easy Dump Chicken and Rice Casserole

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a greased casserole dish, combine rice, chicken, cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour chicken broth over the mixture and stir to combine.
Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
Remove foil, stir, and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Bake uncovered 10–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
