Halloween Dracula’s Dark Cherry Fudge

1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt dark chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter until smooth. Stir in vanilla and almond extract.
3. Remove from heat. Stir in cherry gelatin powder until fully dissolved and blended into the fudge mixture.
4. Fold in chopped maraschino cherries. Add a drop of red food coloring if you want a bloodier look.
5. Pour mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
6. Garnish with extra cherry halves, pressing them lightly into the surface.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Cut into squares and serve.

Pro Tip:

For extra vampire drama, drizzle a little cherry syrup over each piece before serving — it’ll look like fresh drips of blood!
