Hearty Ground Beef Vegetable Soup

In a large pot, brown ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
Add diced onion, carrots, celery, and garlic to the pot; sauté until softened.
Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes until veggies are tender.
Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of green onions on top.
