Old Fashioned Goulash 🍲

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (can substitute with ground turkey or vegetarian meat alternatives)
1 onion, chopped (yellow or white onion works well)
2 cloves garlic, minced (fresh garlic for best flavor)
1 bell pepper, chopped (any color, but green is traditional)
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes (with juice for added flavor)
2 cups beef broth (or vegetable broth for a lighter version)
1 cup elbow macaroni (you can use any pasta shape, such as shells or rotini)
2 tsp paprika (smoked paprika can add a nice depth)
Salt and pepper to taste (freshly cracked black pepper is best)
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional, for extra flavor)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional, adds richness)
1 tablespoon olive oil (for sautéing)
