🍓 Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake

1️⃣ Make the Crust

In a bowl, mix 2 cups crushed golden Oreos with 6 tbsp melted butter until the texture is like wet sand.

Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes, then let cool.

2️⃣ Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best texture.

4️⃣ Add Strawberry Crunch Topping

Spread strawberry topping or jam evenly over the chilled cheesecake.

Sprinkle extra crushed golden Oreos on top for crunch.

Add fresh diced strawberries for a juicy finish.
