Strawberry Earthquake Cake

Prep the Pan:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Prepare Cake Mix:

Make the strawberry cake mix according to the package instructions. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish.

Add Toppings:

Sprinkle the chopped strawberries, white chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts (if using) evenly over the cake batter.

Make Cream Cheese Swirl:

In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Swirl It In:

Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter. Use a knife to gently swirl it into the batter.

Bake:

Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the cake is set and golden on top. The center will remain slightly gooey — that’s the “earthquake” effect!

Cool & Serve:

Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or chilled.
