Combine Corn Chex, Cheerios, pretzels, peanuts, and 2 cups M&M’s in a large bowl.
Heat almond bark in the microwave using 30-second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth.
Pour melted almond bark over the dry mixture and gently fold to evenly coat all ingredients.
Transfer the coated mixture to the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer. Sprinkle remaining M&M’s on top as garnish if desired.
Allow the snack mix to set at room temperature for at least 1 hour until the coating hardens.
Once hardened, break the mixture into bite-sized clusters and serve or package for gifting.
Notes
Work quickly when coating the mixture with melted almond bark as it hardens rapidly. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
