Day 2 – With Honey
Mix ½ teaspoon of baking soda with 1 teaspoon of honey. Apply for 10 minutes and rinse off. Honey provides hydration and soothes the skin.
Day 3 – With Lemon (night only)
Squeeze ½ a lemon and mix it with 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Apply only to targeted areas for a maximum of 5 minutes and rinse. Lemon provides vitamin C but can make the skin sensitive.
Days 4 to 6
Alternate between the honey version and the lemon version, never leaving it on for more than 10–15 minutes. Watch how your skin responds; if it feels dry, switch back to the basic paste.
Day 7 – Finisher with Apple Cider Vinegar
After applying your mixture, rinse with cool water mixed with a little apple cider vinegar (1 part vinegar to 3 parts water). This helps restore the skin’s natural pH.
