Caramel Apple Puff Pastry

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Apples:

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the sliced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.

Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, until the apples soften and the caramel sauce forms. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare the Puff Pastry:

Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.

Cut the sheet into squares or rectangles (about 4-6 pieces depending on your preference).
